Two-input recombinase logic NOR gate. Produces GFP only when no recombinase has been expressed and acted on the DNA registers (binary output number: 1000). Consists of a promoter followed by two transcriptors (asymmetric transcriptional terminators flanked by inverted recombination sites) in permissive orientation placed in series. When one or both terminators are inverted, GFP is not expressed anymore. Operated by recombinases Bxb1 and TP901 (e.g. using the dual controller). Low copy ppSC101 ori (5-10 copies)- Ampicilin resistance.
