Two-input recombinase logic AND gate. Produces GFP only when two recombinases have been expressed and acted on the DNA registers (binary output number: 0001). Consists of a promoter followed by two transcriptors (asymmetric transcriptional terminators flanked by inverted recombination sites) in blocking orientation placed in series. When both terminators are inverted, GFP is expressed. Operated by recombinases Bxb1 and TP901 (e.g. using the dual controller). Low copy ppSC101 ori (5-10 copies)- Ampicilin resistance.
